Remove old freezer
Tell us when you are ready to dispose of your old freezer (max 90 days).
You must complete your sample transfer and dispose of the previous freezer within 90 days after the new freezer installation.

Terms & Conditions
Between March 31 and September 30, 2025, purchase an Azenta CryoArc™Deca -190°C LN2-Based Automated Storage System or a CryoArc™ Tera -190°C LN2-Based Automated Storage System for Cryo Cassettes (“Eligible Purchase”) and trade-in a qualifying freezer to receive a discount on your Eligible Purchase. Eligible Purchases and qualifying freezer’s may change at Azenta’s sole discretion. Qualifying freezer’s must be decontaminated by customer and customer must complete Azenta’s decontamination form. Customer is responsible for moving the qualifying freezer to their loading dock, and working with Azenta to schedule the pick-up. Pick-up will be completed through Azenta’s third-party vendor. If the qualifying freezer is not traded-in within ninety (90) days of the completion of the installation of the Eligible Purchase, customer is responsible for disposal of their qualifying freezer and all costs associated with the disposal.
